These clever adapter plates are gloss black powder-coated and they match the foot control mounting 'lugs' on a TwinCam Softail frame perfectly. When installed they provide the correct threaded hole pattern to allow evolution-era forward controls to be bolted to the TwinCam frame (our forwards or any controls with the standard evo hole pattern).
These plates also can be used to 'shim' your floorboards (or controls) outboard by 1/2" as is sometimes necessary for exhaust clearance or open primary belt clearance.
